I Definitly Recomend them! I bought a TPIS Unit and noticed a difference, Car seemed to have more pull to it.

Physically a lot less so :-)
They are worth doing if u get your hands on one cheap, other than that for the $50 they want now, I would save it for better things

If you plan on purchasing any aftermarket throttle body in the future, don't spend the cash as it can't be used with them.
In threory the could help out a lot, but you will get more gain by saving/spending the cash elsewhere, such as headers, heads, intake, camshaft, the list goes on. Wait until you are making 350hp then you will need one...but by that time, you will need to start looking into a larger aftermarket throttle body anyway.
With that said, if you can find one for a dang good price, then sure, every little bit counts.

I would never spend $50 bucks for one of these, nor $38. I only picked one up cause someone on ebay was selling them for $15 + $5 for shipping

am asking because i saw them on ebay for 10 -15 bucks. that is very cheap for them. and it comes with a gasket for the throttle body plate. i plan on puting a new plate on their soon like one that says formula or something cool

I got one from a friend who went with a larger throttle Body, didn't feel any differance.
latter, I had my TB rebuilt and bored to 52mm with the airfoil on. Also, added the slp runners and port matched them at the same time. With the other upgrades there was a real "seat of the pants" gain (see sig)
With all my upgrades, The free flowing exhaust system was the best money spent.
If you can get the air foil cheap, Why not?

Roads88 you should have ported your base when you ported out the pleuim and runners. Base is so very very restrickive its a joke. I went nuts on my base more then anything else. Plueim i port match and cleaned the egr walls, and runners i just touched up the lip.

Yeah...it was a time and money issue. If and when i get the money together, a procharger is going on.
