Cut this out?
Hey guys, Im just wondering if you think it would be beneficial to cut out this part. Im guessing it would allow more air flow, I'm just wondering if its worth the time and something I should do. If so, should I cut the whole thing out, or just pop a few more holes in it.

With the front air dam and inner fender cover in place you would be hard pressed to get water up into that area. Lots of folks cut that out for their cold air intake.
