The last year for the IROC was 1990. Do you happen to know what gears you have in your car? Here is a list of a members mods running mid 13's:

FlowMaster Cat-Back w/high flow cats from Cat-co
EdelBrock TES Headers
EdelBrock High Flow TPI Intake Manifold
EdelBrock High Flow Intake Runners
EdelBrock Air Foil In Throttle Body
Throttle Body Bypass
TPI Intake Manifold and Runners Ported by TPIS
TPI Plenum Ported
TPIS Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator
TPIS- ECM Reprogrammable Chip
Gutted Air Box
K&N High Flow Air Filter
HyperTech Chip Stage One
HyperTech 160 Degree Thermostat
Re-mapped Injectors
MSN Ignition, Blaster Coil
Accel High Performance Rotor,Wires
Mass Air Flow Sensor [cut out fins]
ARP Engine Fastener Kit
3.42 Rear End

If you got a stall and some sticky tires, you could probably run similar times with fewer modifications.

Car: 1987 IROC-Z Camaro
Engine: 5.7 350 TPI - SLP Runners, AFPR, MSD Goodies
Transmission: 700R4 - Shift Kit, Corvette Servo
Axle/Gears: BW 9 bolt, 3.27s
Decent gears. 3.2x, with full exhaust and a stall will run high 13's all day long. A catback on a stock car is only worth a few hp, but once you open up your intake and get headers, the fun begins.

- but I'd put subframes in first, no point twisting up a good car. Decent gear/stall converter/headers are a really good place to start for performance.

Looks like me . Ya 1990 was the last year for the Iroc. If you have an 88 Iroc you came stock with 230 hp. My car has low 300's and runs 13.5 at 99. I really need some new tires and a stall to see low 13's. Good Luck
