Looking for some possible no start solutions

O.K. not sure if this is coincidental or not but I changed my spark plug wires last week due to a couple burned wires from my headers. After I replaced the wires the engine will turn over strong but it will not start up?? I tripple checked the firing order and they are where there suppose to be, got my fuel gauge out and with key on checked to see if it was getting fuel to the rail it is at 40 psi so that is good and I can hear the fuel pump priming everytime. I know I have a 1/2 tank of gas. I drove it about a week before this for a quick run and it threw a code 43 but it went away and the next time I drove it no codes came up so I cleared the old code. Another strange thing that is happening is when I turn the key to the on position the fan now turns on?? It never came on before this until it got to about 170 degrees or so. I checked all of the under dash fuses and all are good. Is there any relays I can check and where would they be located it is a 1985 T/A.

I had a code 43 and it turned out to be my knock sensor.....but it still ran. Might want to check all the connectors around the distributor maybe one got unplugged and check to see if you have spark. I know when I'm pulling codes with my paper clip ...lol... I noticed my cooling fans come on with the key on. Don't know if any of that's related.

You may replace alot of stuff guessing. Check for spark at the plugs and work your way back. And toss a noid light on the injectors to make sure they have current when they are supposed to. Always check the basics first.

Any other suggestions?? How about relays? Would a bad relay cause it not to start??
