I haven't heard of it being done. There would be clearance issues with the hood.

^^^What he said. Cannot be done. Hood and fender lines of the firebird prohibit us Bird owners from having such a cool intake as the Camaro guys. However, I believe there was one guy that made his T/A hood vents functional, but at the cost of structural ridgidity. <---however the hell that word is spelled. But you are really just better off making your own. I did and it works great.

I like it, but where does the air come from? I have a '91 and it's pretty sealed up underneath isn't it? I mean the camaro has the fog light holes and the air channels around them. More pics if you have them.

How much metal did you remove? What two, 6x6 inch squares? I'm seriously considering doing that. Does it hit the hood? Any side profile pics with the hood open/closed?

I have a friend that put one on his GTA and his hood stays open by a couple inches so he used hood pins. It looks like crap and he getto rigged it in there.

So as long as the fabrication for the filters and intake is well-done, then the Camaro intake or something else similar in design could probably be done, look good, and work well.
