i had posted this in the v6 board since it is a v6 car but i figure id post here also to see if some of u guys can figure anything i may be missing
i just pulled the codes and i get code 32
32. Fault in barometric pressure sensor circuit OR Fault in exhaust gas recirculation valve diagnostic switch OR Fault in electronic vacuum regulator valve
well i know that set cause since day 1 the egr valve hasnt worked and it also no longer on the car
the car still idles and runs dead lean,i even tried tipping in the tps as far as i could to try to richen the motor up but that didnt work.
just to dbl check the o2/af gauge i pulled one plug wire so it would have a dead miss, and sure enough the af/lights started to climb a lil bit.
figure tom ill dbl check fp at work incase the fpr went bad or the fuel filter is cloged.
but if its not that i cant think of anything else to check
btw the lowest i can set my boost preasure to is 3 psi and even at that low boost its still lean.that car was running fine a day ago had it out with 9 psi and it ran perfect
i should also add my original ecm had fried a few days ago so i replaced it,and today on my way back from work it went lean on me out of no were.
Im using reg o2 and gauge(ive had the car checked with a wideband against my gauge so i know were it should be running on my gauge) for now since its all i have,i know for a fact the car is lean though, its running hot, plugs are white, cars down on power, etc

what fuel pump are you running and what fmu are you running, i think you said 12:1 in which case thats a total of 153 psi that the pump is pushind at 9 pounds of boost, i say you either killed the pump or ruptured the fpr or somthing. i would say someything wasnt likeing that high of fp

is it the original fpr? cut the fuel filter open and check for slugde, my friend jack had this happen to him if he stayed in it for more than 5 seconds, loost FP, changed filters and its good now, its either FP, cloged(open fuel lines and shoot compressed are into them) and check the fuel rail side of the injectors for dirt in them. then i would look into what your computer is making your injectors do. maybe the stock injectors had enough. it could even be the hose that comes off the pump that is IN THE TANK, oh, even though you played with the tps by moving it, did you check the voltage?, it should be about .5 volts at 0 throttle and 5 volts at wot

thnx, yeha i have new injectors in the car now,and im droping in a set of 24# lt1 injectors soon so i can up the boost some more(prolyl gonna end up with injectors in the 30# range by the time im done .stock fpr with a fmu.im just gonna replace the fuel filter and hook up a fp gauge tom at work and see what the fp is at,if thats all good i have no other idea were to look then the ecm,i just replaced it,and i doubt thats what it is cause the car still runs decent not real ruff or anything liek it did with the bad ecm.its just really friggen lean

my car ran great all while haveing a injector O ring dumping gas out the back of my motor, losing 1/2 tank in like 15 minutes, dont rule out a gas leak on that hose in the tank

ive got 45-50#'s fp at idle so it has to be an ecm issue
