Just wondering what the cost is for REGULAR 87 OCTANE around the area where you live? It's about 2.90 in Oklahoma City.... Thankk goodness Im not in Chicago anymore... Its 3.60 a gallon for regular back home!!!

yepp.. its been about 2.95 to 3.05 here.. i live in south east michigan

That makes the 2.8 (my 1st car) much more desirable!

3.00 to 3.20 a gallon here in southren Louisiana, close to Baton rouge

Here for regular its about $2.87-89 and for premium its like $3.12-15

Its been changing around here anywhere from 2.7X to 2.9X a gallon. When I went to the coast about a month ago it was 3.09 on the penesulla I was staying on and 2.9X in south TX. HORRIBLE!!!

These gas prices are getting way out of line!!! I just talked to my Grandma, who lives in the heart of downtown Chicago. Prices for 93 have just climbed to $4.06 a gallon. Talk about ridiculous! Anybody know if our third gens can run on vegetable oil??? LOL!

I know that higher fuel prices are a burden to everyone, and have recently received more attention from everyone. Unfortunately, while it's a very topical item, it isn't a technical item. I, like everyone else, feel your pain at the pump, but it doesn't quite fit the posting rules. Sorry.
