i know someone is gonna bust me for not burning my own chips but whatever. I just want to know who sells the best chips for tpi (custom ones i hope). And does anyone run a TPIS chip, their level 2 chip sounds perfect for my current bolt ons.

 

what do you have done to your car so far?

 

mods so far are march underdrives, afpr, slp cold air, and a tpis air foil. and other than the tpis wires that is whats included in the tpis fast pak, which is what the level 2 chip is for. so far with those mods i've run a best of 14.28 (not bad for a mostly stock tpi car) with a 8.9 1/8 mile time.

 

I know this is not the answer you want to hear, but save your money. The off the shelf aftermarket PROMs aren't worth it. I've looked at the TPI proms from four different vendors that retailed from $100 to over $400 and it was sad how little was changed. A set of headers and a cat back should put you right into the 13s with the stock PROM.

well, i am new to the tpi side of the f body, i have an 82 z that i am puting tpi onto. now i knew that you could burn your owne e prom for hondas and imports but dident know about it for the domestic. i would love to know were i could finde out more
