Will leaky injectors bog lowend power moreso than topend?

My 305 is strong and was just rebuilt 6 weeks ago. Timing is set a 6* and the throttle cable is adjusted as well. Heads and cam are the same. The mechanic who did it said I have leaky injectors and I believe him. I've known this for awhile, just haven't had the time or the desire to do it while it's summer. Well, lowend power from a stop is hardly there anymore. I get not so much as a chirp from the wheels when before it would spin like crazy. Well I just got new tires (Kumho Ecsta 711 245/50HR16, they were $50 a peice so I don't think they are traction animals, but I could be wrong ) so I'm sure some of that is affecting traction, but again NOT SO MUCH AS A SPIN. But topend is great. Feels better than ever since I got the headers in.

So the leaky injectors are #1 and #3. Would leaky injectors cause a bog in lowend performance and not so much as anything up top? I was also getting a code for 32 (EGR) but I had a 160* stat in there and since I put in a 180* the code hasn't surfaced.....yet. I just did it this morning. And I had the battery disconnected since last night, so the old 32 code should be obsolete now.

So if the code never comes back, would the bog point to my leaky injectors? I did a pressure test awhile back and the pressure held for hours. That was maybe 500 miles ago.

So again, timing is set, new tires, code 32 gone, and leaky injectors.....what do you guys think?
