Will this work?

I am considering buying a crate engine from Jeg's/Blueprint. It's a 383 Vortec SB. My concern is, how well will this work with TPI. I was going to go LTRs and 52mm TB, Big Mouth/ported base. I know the main concern here is the camshaft, and I admit I don't know much about cams and what will work really well with TPI. I've read some of the info here but I want to get opinions from those much more knowledgeable than me.

Here are the engine specs:

JEGS High Performance - Blueprint Engines 383ci SB-Chevy 405HP / 440TQ

If you are using the LTR's/52mm and Big mouth, the cam should be alright. The TPI LTR setup can take a few extra rpms, I'm using the same setup.
