second, will i need a new fuel runner and lines?

Yes, unless you get a new chip.
No.
No, unless your current injectors are really dirty or are have very different flows.

don't waist you money on 30# injectors if you got a stock motor. It doesn't need them and you will do more harm than good buy installing them. If you get an adj fuel pressure regulator you can increase the flow of your injectors. If you really want to do something with them take them out and have them cleaned it will cost about 15.00 each but its better than putting 30# injectos in.

IMHO the only reasons you should be putting in 30s is if you're gonna do a stout N/A motor or forced induction later on. By stout I mean more cubes, big runner heads and so on. You'll definitely need a chip or aftermarket ECM, and as stated you won't gain any power from injectors directly unless your car is running like crap.

If you decide to replace your injectors, do yourself a favor and stay away from Accel injectors. Their quality is as bad if not worse than the stock Multecs. Ford SVO replacement injectors are good quality and price, and work great with our tpi systems as long as you get the same lbs. per hour as you have now.

We are with you on the accels, unfortunately we hear that they are problematic pretty often. IMO the best product out there is Bosch. They have to be the most reliable injector we deal with
