Car: 1986 Camaro Z28
Engine: 305 TPI
Transmission: Who orders an auto in a Camaro??
Axle/Gears: Economy gears..once again, WHY?!?
Any tpi will work, but might as well get a 350 tpi for the little extra it may cost. Hawksthirdgenparts.com sells em. They are gaurenteed to be in good running condition. You can get the complete engine, and wiring harness from them. You will also need the proper ecm and prom, and a good MPFI fuel pump. Other than that you are good to go. Unless this is a v6 car, then the trans you currently have will bolt right up. There is no specific year you need, and I think that 85-89 were MAF cars. Then they went to speed density, or MAP sensors. If you need more info, ill help you out the best i can.
