Its a bored out factory TB. IMO they charge too much for what they're doing, but then again its TPIS.
I'd get a Holley 52mm if you want to go that route, its brand new, comes with a built in airfoil. Costs slightly more but life isnt free.

Why not just a BBK...its about 30-$40 cheaper.
Unless people have had troubles with the BBK piece, I dont know why someone would though, i mean a TB is a TB, not much to it.

I have a 58 mm BBK. Never had a problem with it. I'm going to sell it soon, when I do my intake conversion.

I did have a TPIS 52mm years back. The TPS threaded holes stripped out. TPIS said, "Oh well". Not an uncommon problem with bored out stockers.

Throttle sticking partially open and not returning closed when running. Was fine with the engine off. I suspect its the paint they put behind the blades, but they never told me what was wrong with it.
