How can i build HP from a TPI 305

I have a 1991 Formula T/A with the TPI 305 and want to build some Hp for cheapCan someone help?

There's my LB9 305.

I'd look into an intake swap if youre not up for forced induction.

Nothing is cheaper then a nitrous oxide kit if you want the taste of real HP.
