Setting the Timming on a SD TPI

Im looking for some help in how to set the timming on a 92 SD tpi . Im also looking for the right idle speed setting for a 305 TPI ( minmum air setting )

Transmission: Powerglide
Axle/Gears: Ford 9" with 3.89
Base timing is 6*
Make sure you unplug the est wire(it's on the pass fender and it is a brown wire) when you are checking and adjusting the timing.
I ran 15* initial timing but I had alot of mods for a 305.

Start with 6* and go from there.

Do you have any mods?

Idle I think is 750rpm in drive.
