Charcoal caister mounted upside down?

Picture this, take a 91 Z28 and move the charcoal canister from where it normall is (driver side front) to the same spot but from underneath where it normally sits. Basically I put my MSD box where the canister used to be, have my P1SC taking up some room as well and want to mount my canister underneath. Will the canister still function the same upside down or do I have to fab some bracket so it's sitting in its orginal orientation?

Re: Charcoal caister mounted upside down?

why not just remove it?

if you dont wanna remove it, it'd be best to have it right side up because of the activated carbon floating around in there, you dont want it getting into your lines.
