how to check injectors

Is there some way or is there something to look for to see if they are bad. I have it all taken out and dont wanna do it again. lol its such a pain and I'm not looking foward to putting it all back then .finding a bad injector

Re: how to check injectors

First do a search and u will find all of these answers.

Ohm the injectors, factory type should be 16-17ohm range.

Lower than 12 is junk per GM. Should all be in a close range, like compression testing.

Pull the rail and pressurize it while blocking the return line to the tank, if it holds and no injectors drip, u know the fuel pump check valve is good and the injectors arent stuck open.

Also they make injector testers where u pressurize the fuel system and u [plug the tester into the injector and hold it for say 30 sec and compare all the pressure drops between injectors.
