I changed my injectors last summer because the original ones had stuck. I went with an original cleaned/balanced set and they are already failing. Do you have suggestions on a better stock injector that still looks similar to the factory injectors. I would prefer them to be black or gray......not yellow, blue, pink, etc.

I am in the same boat. Looking for a set of injectors (19# for me) but don't want to put ***** funky yellow stuff on my engine.
Please let me know if you find some that look normal.

MSD makes fuel injectors that are grey

 

Yeah, but a set costs $600.
In that case, I'd rather buy the Accel r*i*c*e*y yellow injectors and spray paint them grey or black.

id rather have pink injectors, so that way people can talk smack and then you smoke them :P

 

For those of you who were wondering, Rich from Cruzin Performance suggested that I install Accel # 150821 injectors in my car. He said they should work great for my application and can be purchased for $255 to $270 per set of 8. This should solve my problems and hopefully help some of you.

Accel has a totally new design now and they are not yellow. They are suppose to be much better quality as well.
