ZZ4 cam and JET chip

first off, im sure this question has been asked way too many times, and yes i did a search, and read the tech articals, but i didnt find out whether or not the ZZ4 cam will work properly with a jet chip installed, or if i am going to have to get some custom work done......

Pretty much the only thing a Jet chip does is increase timing at higher rpm by a few degrees. A ZZ4 cam will help your engine no matter if you get an EPROM custom burned or not, it just won't help as much if you don't get one.

so where do i get one burned.....and how much......yeah i know...do it urself.....but im lazy.....would a hypertech help a little bit more than a JET???? and again, i know....get a custom one....

All the off the shelf chips are basically the same. Pick+choose, doesnt really matter.

You can get custom chips from any of the off the shelf guys for an arm and a leg, TPiS, Fuel Injection Specialties, ASM (maybe, last time I called he told me they had no more programmer), Fastchips, Car-pro, Street+performance, and probably a million others I missed.

I'm running my stock chip with a ZZ4 cam. If it can handle it, any aftermarket chip can handle it. Keep in mind the aftermarket chips only change a couple minor things. They arent magic and usually give very very little gains.
