Ram Air hood for 87 GTA

I wanted to get a ram air hood for my car, but i was told that rain comes in the openings so the hood was a bad idea to buy. Any ideas?

Don't worry about it. Rain gets in the engine compartment from a lot of places

the rain isn't really that big of a deal.. I have the Ram Air II hood on my GTA and it has the large 2" rise on the back, and all kinds of sh*t gets in there.. but the only thing the rain does is kill my dist cap a little quicker than normal.. no biggie though. the looks of the hood are well worth the 20 bucks for a new cap every 6 months or so..

Do you have any pics of your car with the Ram Air hood? What is the difference between the Ram air I and II hoods? Also where is the best place to buy one? I have seen some for $500 up to $1000.
