What's the best place to get my hands on a stock TPI Baseplate? About how much should I expect to pay for one?
I want to start converting my '80 over to TPI, it deserves it!

The cheapest is to check the classifieds at the intro page to this web site. It is on the left on the intro page.
Sometimes someone are selling an old one you can buy.
Else you will have to buy an edelbrock intake which is about $350, try pace parts.
Oh btw you car looks real nice for all the work you did to it.
Good Luck.
