What is the Best CAM?

I have a 350, 5 speed (motor swap) in my 87 GTA. I'm not sure what kind of CAM is in it because the guy i bought it from went to Jail before i could find out. So what CAM would any of you recommend. I'm looking for performance but a daily driven car. I found some in Jegs but i'm not sure about any of them. Thanks

Need to tell us what you want out of the car (ie. performance goals), also need to tell us what mods are on the car or what you intend to modify. Can't just toss a cam into the car expecting it to run quicker. A slightly larger cam than what you have may do well, but once you start getting into larger cams, you need to look at your intake and heads and see if they can flow enough to feed. Then if you upgrade heads and intake you need to look at fuel delivery and supply. By the time that's all done you probably will need some type of PROm to tie it all together depending on how radical you go. Tell us more about what you have, and where you intend to go, then we can help you out with a cam selection better

Ok, i have a 350 TPI, 5 speed, MSD 6al box, 1 3/4 SLP headers, gutted cat, 80 series flowmaster, B&M ripper shifter, Accel 8.8 wires, subframe connectors, 3.73 gears, K&N air filter.
I plan on doing the "free mods", buying an air foil, some sort of cold air induction, underdrive pullies, and a want a power chip but am having a hard time with what to buy. My car is a daily driven car so i need a CAM that idles good. As far as head work done, i have no idea because the guy is in Jail.

Do you know if its a roller engine or a flat tappet engine? That makes a big difference which cam you can use.
