Did some port/paint work and Inejctor swap

Going for a different look, with a "Low gloss black plenum, and custom painted (by me ) "Tuned Port Injection" TB plate, polished silver runners.
Reason for teardown is for an Injector issue with my Multecs. I now have LT1 injectors. I also ported the EGR walls out of the Plenum and smoothed the walls by the Intake runner outlets aswell.
The LT1 injectors are now on my rails, and everything is preped and ready for reinstallation :headbang:

Just before removing Fuel Rail :

Fuel Rail everything off, and covered for the night :

Injectors are on the rails, new orings :

Everything preped/cleaned and ready for reinstallation :

Re: Did some port/paint work and Inejctor swap

I think it will look pretty good

After I get it all put on my plans for spring are :

1) Run true duels back to just past transmission, go into a 2in - 1out convertor and put run it to my 3" midpipe, into the Flowmaster.

Dad has that system custoemr done, and my buddy is going to do it to mine.

2) Customer tune and burnt chip

3) Run ***** out and hope for a high 13!

Congrats, good job there. It is amazing how far a set of 8 properly working LT1/LT4 injectors goes on these setups and how well the TPI setup responds to some porting. I cleaned up my TPI setup, especially the base and plenum, as well as used LT1 injectors @ 46 psi for my 305.

How much did the LT1 injectors cost you if you don't
mind me asking? Im getting ready for new injectors
and a manifold tear down this coming week.

Are they 24lbs stock on LT1's?

I dont know who to trust for injectors, I was just going
to grab some OEM pintle-type Bosch 24 pounders.

But, if these will net me a trustworthy swap and
perform nicely then, Id like to go this route.

Thanks
