Hey TPI guys,

Heres a question for you....

What do you estimate a "fresh" 20,000 mile 350 TPI engine would run stock with K&N air filter, no cat, and 40 series flows and no other mods? I have converted from 305 TBI and am curious to hear what youy guys think this bad boy'll do before i get started saving for mods.....And yea i will keep in mind that this is an estimate...and oh yea...its powering a freshly rebuilt 700R4.Thanks for the help

I say mid to high 14's...with little mods, low 14's would be a bit of a stretch.

high 14s to 15.0 for '85 to '88.
mid to high 14s for '89 thru '92.

IMHO

A friend of mine took his stock '88 350 IROCZ to the track last month and ran 15.2sec. This track is well known to be slow, about 0.3sec.

well i have a 87 350TPI with bout 120,000 as far as mods i ported the plenum, added a stage III chip and cut out the cat, stock exhaust and stock headers for now, and i ran 14.2. (that was on bad tires and me peelin out bad at the beginning)
