How much can a Stock TPI setup take??

Not the engine but the intake itself, how much can it flow???

It was made for a 305, so it's almost maxed out. You can do more with a cam, and porting, but you're about at it's limits.

Tony,

Bring a broom and a dustpan with you if you plan on spraying 250HP shot.
I wouldn't do it. I would worry about your bottom end, not the intake.

I agree,250 hp nos will kill any motor unless the short block is built to handle it.
requirements for the short block using nos are considerably different than a typical
rebuild.

Yep, I agree with these guys - I don't think a 250 wet shot going through the "dry" intake system,, especially one you've siamesed would be the best idea.

A wet kit in a TPI LTR set up tends to puddle in the manifold. Then-KAAAABOOOM!!! and the sound of your wallet crying.

Dont worry about the lower end she will be fine, but what is this puddling? is it possible with that much suction?
