I was wondering if any of you would know what would cause an intermittant hesetation.

Sometimes my dad will sit at a stop light and when he gives it gas it will hesetate, about half the time.

My first thoughts were: check IAC, check TPS & ECM.

Its on an SFI 4.9 Cadillac (MAP system) if that is of any consequence. I know most simple problems are similar across the board for FI, so I know one of you would have some ideas.

Might just need the throttle body and intake cleaned out with some cleaner.
Theres another thing that happens on Caddys, but offhand I cant remember what it was. Its probably just a dirty intake.
