how to tell different throttle bodies 48,52,54 sizes

how can you tell what size your throttle body is? like if previous owner changed the throttle body how would you know if its stock size or higher?

I would take a caliper and micrometer and measure the butterflies...

its one of those ebay thignswhere u get core charge for old one and get a refurbished one, so its all shiny and new just not sure if the guy got a direct replacement or bigger butterfly valves
