New Setup Help

Hi, ok fist off, I have a 305 TPI and have some plans i just want your opinions and recomendations please. my engine is bone stock. This spring i want to get some Trick Flow 56cc chamber heads part# 30300005 along with 1.6 rollers. I heard these heads are probably the best for a 305 right now, along with Edelbrock High flow base plate, SLP runners, port matched plenum, coolant bypass lol, custom K&N cold intake and Hooker shorty's. If i got those things done, would i need to get some bigger injectors? and also what would you guys pick as a Cam to go along with those heads? not extremely wild but a descent cam for street/strip application and that will profit from these heads

also I do 15.4 at 89mph, well i am bone stock, what would you guys think i would be close to if i had all this good stuff?

Re: New Setup Help

I just read in a small block chevy engine book that the stock 19# injectors from the 305 are good till 350HP with proper tuning (PROM)?
maybe increase fuel rail pressure?

my other concern is that I was planning on keeping the stock internals and rings and just getting TF Heads i mentioned along with cam and edelbrock base, SLP runners, ported plenum and headers. My stock pistons should hold up? what do you guys think about the Rings?
