how do you gasket match vortec heads?

how do you gasket match vortec heads?
I have these plastic vortec intake to head gaskets, and openings seem way too large to use as a template to gasket match. Any suggestions on how to gasket match these? Maybe I should trace out my own template?
I have a SD TPI vortec setup which I've been running, and I am putting on AS&M runners. I'm gasket matching the runners to plenum and intake, so I thought I'd do the same to the heads.
