stripped runner bolt

So I stripped one of the runner bolts today trying to get everything off. Its stripped out good too. Any idea's on how to get this thing out now?

It happened to me once. I got a set of extractors that were designed to be hammered into the screw head. I drilled the head a little bit and hammered it in. It turned out easy then.

Sears might be a better place to look for the extractors.

i drilled into the bolt almost to the end and then drilled it out with a "left handed" drill bit.

i welded another bolt to the head of the stripped bolt, and loosened it with the new bolt
