I have a question about my Mini Ram. I brought it a few years go used.

I am not sure what model is my Mini Ram? I did some search to find out what model Mini Ram I have and trying to see some pictures. But it looks the same and I am not sure where I should be looking at.

What is the different between 1204, 1205 and Fast Burn?

I hope my Mini Ram will work with my 1988 Camaro 350 cid Goodwrench engine.

Any advices would help what model it is?

1204 1205 and Fast Burn are talking about the runner port size.
1204/1205/1206 are felpro gasket sizes, etc..

measure the intake runners and that will tell you the port size. Im not sure if the MR has casting #'s in them or not.

 

Thanks, I am not sure what kind of MR it is. But I took a few pictures of the size of the valves.

Hope someone can help me what these MR are from and the model number.

Fastburn will only have 4 bolt / side
As I recall the later Mini ram II was a air gap type whereas the first model was solid under the plenum?

 

im no expert, but it looks like a ram jet crate motor intake.

 

Its already determined that its a miniram. I believe hes wanting to know which port size his is. 1204,1205,1206,fastburn. Unfortunately i dont have an answer.Someone should be able to figure it out by looking at the measurements you took of the ports. Good luck

 

Call TPiS and describe it to them (any casting numbers??); if it's their baby they should know all about it.

I'll check mine out tomorrow but I know it has no ID or casting # 's on it. Port size is the only way I think

Ok so you measured your ports. Its been mentioned what gaskets it might be for.

searches = The following info:

FelPro 1204
Port Size: 1.23" x 1.99
FelPro 1205
Port Size: 1.28" x 2.09"
Felpro 1206
Port Size: 1.34" x 2.21"

Ok so now search for miniram port sizes

TPIS Miniram

PORT SIZE: Felpro 1204
CFM: 265

PORT SIZE: Felpro 1206
CFM: 286

PORT SIZE: Felpro 1206, ported
CFM: 292

PORT SIZE: custom (welded, etc)
CFM: 321

Did some more research and measured a 1205 miniram. came up with 1.27-2.08 which matches a felpro 1205.By your pictures yours appears to be 1.23-1.99 which matches a felpro 1204. So i would say you have a 1204 miniram!!!! And after looking at this closer was stated in post above. Hope this helps.

Yes, it has 6 bolts on each side. So good it does will fit.
