I'm like you, now that we've got a little down time with our cars it's simply too hard to let them sit there! We gotta tinker!

But yeah, my upcoming winter mods are an Edelbrock base to go with my already port-matched plenum and SLP runners, and a UMI Performance Torque Arm to COMPLETELY FINISH my car's suspension So happy!

The only things that I'm gonna lack after that is a 52mm throttle body, and to completely re-do my factory brake set-up..

Then I can start dreaming for some engine heads and a 383 stroker kit

 

Ya, just buying all the parts. Haha my lists are about $3500 so that's not that bad. Next winter I'll rebuild my L98 throw some afrs on her and a lunati cam, go for about 370rwhp.
Hey, you know the stock tb is good for 350hp I hear. Sure a nice billet one from holley would be nice, but if youre on a budget you dont need it..

 

Forget the Granatelli MAF ; do a search

Unless you have some good top end mods, a larger TB will only make your car go faster by lightening your wallet .Better things to waste you $$$ on
The stock 48mm TB was big enough for GM to put on the Ramjet 502 big block

 

why drop it . . All i hear is that stock is just restrictive as hell

Ya, and I'll opt out of buying that granatelli maf. I just de-screened mine and I think it's shooting me a code. I definitely need to buy an obd1 scanner this winter..
