Re: pics after burnout
Cops in Dallas and surrounding areas always run my tags haha. Or pull me over to check my legality. Can't say I blame them... but it can get annoying.

Re: pics after burnout
they don't bother me...maybe cause i don't act stupid in my car. and it's LOUD too...dual 2.5" exhaust with long tubes, h-pipe, and flowmaster knockoffs. the 230*/230* cam on a 110*lsa makes it ridiculous at a stoplight. they normally look over at me, maybe give me a nod or a thumbsup. you just can't be stupid in the car.

Re: pics after burnout
I never have a problem with them. I am not going to say i dont do burnouts, but when i do them they are on backroads where only i can get hurt if i lose control.

18 yrs old and a baby on the way? My advice to you is buy everything for your car now while you have the chance before it's too late, unless you plan on bringing in a 6 figure income lol!

Nice burnout marks by the way, ever since I got my posi, my 305 will barely burn them 10 feet!

Re: pics after burnout
Hell, my car is pretty much stock for all intents and purposes and they pulled my *** over just a few weeks ago for "improper lane change" and "not wearing a seatbelt".
1. There was debris in the center of the other lane so I went back across a foot and then finished switching lanes. I looked up to see Georgia State Patrol staring me down.
2. I ALWAYS wear my seatbelt. Apparently this trooper thought I wasn't wearing a seatbelt because our seatbelts go through that loop beside the seat.
Anyway I told him all that and he let me off with a warning for "Improper Lane Change", but I know he must have thought he hit the jackpot with my hippy looking self driving a Camaro.
I'm surprised they didn't find some reason to search me, but I Guess they saw my record was clean and let me go. But their justification for pulling me over was such BS. They were looking for a reason. Obviously, if I were speeding they'd have pulled me over for that. I always obey the speed limit in my car, because it's a rumbly bright red Camaro. I am a cop magnet, and I just can't afford to screw around. I'll speed all over hte place in my truck, but definitely not my car...
And for what it's worth guys, that seems like a pretty isolated, low-traffic road. I mean he's got his car parked sideways on it and had time to walk 50 feet away and snap a pic, probably more than one. I really don't think that quite counts as being irresponsible. Yeah you shouldn't do it, but loosen up guys, that's good enough. It's not like it's nighttime street racing.

Re: pics after burnout
So far I haven't been bothered, I also haven't seen any cops though. I got "pulled over" in my old car (1987 Crown Vic) by some mall cop (aka me parking and him walking up to the car after following me because he doesn't have the authority to stop me) for "looking suspicious". Cops are stupid sometimes, security guards are more often.

Re: pics after burnout
Im 17 also... and i havent had one problem yet..Which is crazy i had a truck and my neghbor hated it. But it was bone stock... got my camaro and my neighbor loves it. Hes an old grumpy man but actually loves my car i was amazed... its weird. he had called the cops on me for burnign them in my truck... but he has told me to go out in the street and spin them before to see how the camaro does... The local cop has also stopped in before and commented me on how it sounds and asked what color im repainting it... Before i bought my camaro the cop has been to my house 5 times. Between spinnign the tires, a truck parked on the street some, loud music, and also havign a none insured car parked in the yard... city ordinance i geuss were not allowed to... But sense ive bought it... the cops been here 3 or 4 times... and it to ask about the car... ive had parties, loud music, and that same un insured car sitting... he hasnt brought up any of that sense... Its amazing the power of a camaro...
