Corvette vs Camaro throttle body

Car: 85 Camaro IROC
Engine: 5.7 TPI
Transmission: 700-R4
Axle/Gears: open rear, 3.42 gears
Corvette vs Camaro throttle body
ive heard that the camaro throttle body is different than the corvette throttle body.
from looking around, i found that there are two "styles" that i have seen, one seems to have the mount for the TV cable in a different place than the other.
if this is the case, then it might explain why i have never been able to get a TV cable to fit my car properly. they are all too short and i had to have a custom cable made with a longer wire made.
i figure that the throttle body and throttle mount must be different and i have a mis-matched set.
can anyone shed any light on this?
