Your plenums look amazing. how far do you go in there?

 

Thanks! I go back far enough to get rid of the casting circles and I remove the huge hump in the middle of the later plenums, like yours. It adds some more plenum volume, and the more volume the better, as you know. I smooth everything out about 4" back. I also get rid of any sharp edges around the inside of the siamesed openings so the air flows smothly into the runner ports.

I just got my upper plenum back from this guy and it looks fantastic. I sent it to him dirty and beat up and it comes back to me fully ported and clean and painted. Looks great. Thanks again.
