Hey guys. Was curious if anyone can help me with which cam to put in to my 87 IROC?

I would really like to keep my low end torque and just get some mild improvements on HP. Im planning to do a full header back exhaust and going to TPIS base and runners.

What Cam would be best suited to these upgrades? What makes one better than another?

I was considering this one... http://tpis.com/parts/view/82 but I really am just guessing here. Can anyone shed some light on this for me?
