getting frustrated
Ok, I have an 89 iroc with a 350. I have had this problem with it for about a year, when I come to a stop on a hot day my car with either stall or it will try to stall a.d catch itself. I have had many people look at this and no one can give me an answer why. I have changed the maf, tps, iac, fuel regulater, cleaned the throttle body, new plus and wires and new fuel pump o and the ecm. The car is not stock its bored .40 over and has a high cam. Can someone help me please

Re: getting frustrated
probably need a tune. get it dyno tuned or get a get prom from (i think) pcm4less. are you sure you even have a good combo with that cam? do you even know what type of cam? could even need a stall converter. if you have some type of thumper cam with a factory converter, it could be bogging down your engine when comming to complete stops. does it push, or hop around at stop lights?

Re: getting frustrated
No the service engine not on. I have no idea what kind of cam I have asked the previous owner abou the problem and he is nice but has always been less than helpfull. When I stop it kinda lunges forward. It seems to always have a really rough idle I kno the high cam will got it that but it seems rougher than it should be. I have been looking for someone with a dyno around here but I can't find one
