Throttle sticks open, only when engine running
I'm trying to finally get my car back on the road. After replacing the MAF and the distributor, I finally have the car idling decent and its drivable. The issue I'm having is that while the car is off, you can move the throttle and it springs right back like it should. If you have the car idling, every so often it stays slightly open. If I open the throttle the entire way via the pedal, it stays pretty far open.
The only other problem i can see is that my Tach is WAY WAY off when it happens.

Probably needs throttle shaft bushings.
