throttle body adapter????

throttle body adapter????
I am thinking about ditching the tpi intake and using a carb intake with injector bungs welded in. Edelbrock makes an elbow adapter to mount a throttle body to the carb mount #3848. But its not for our style throttle body. Does anyone make an adapter for our throttle bodies. Or how hard would it be to convert to the 70mm TB that fits the edelbrock elbow?
