91 camaro 25th anniv. Factory 350 Tpi

I am new here and I mean to add heater hook up to the title. On my vehicle I bought it from a guy that had a mechanic block up the heater and A/C lines somehow. I found the heater core lines that they had blocked. Now, I was informed the reason for the block was because of the previous owner was spotting and antifreeze leak. So, I fixed the heater core hose lines. But still when I turn the thermostat to HOT and on heater nothing but average air blows through the vents. The weird thing is even when the thermostat is completely shut off the air comes through the vents. Is there more lines I am missing I checked the heater hose blueprint available on line here: https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/tpi/...e-diagram.html and there all there and hooked up. Is there something internal? I know I am missing something but what please

I figured it out it was just the heater core needing to be replaced like I thought.

91 and 25th anniversary doesn't sound quite right to me. Isn't the 92 the Heritage Anniversary year?

You are correct 92 is my VIN is for the 91 z28 and it does have the 25th anniv logo in it all stock. They it must be the production range brake off. The beginning of 92 and ending of 91. Either way I figured it was just the heater core that was the issue.
