Will a TPI intake fit on this?

Im about to start pieceing together my tpi build for my car and was wondering if a tpi intake would fit on a 350 4 bolt main out of a 71 camaro? This is the original motor so no question about the year. Just need to know if it will mate up or not. If not what years will the tpi mate up to?

The block itself will not make a difference.

A 84-86 TPI intake will fit the early perimeter bolt valve cover heads. 87+ TPIs will have to run the center bolt valve cover heads.

If you are using old heads, you have to elogate the holes in the intake. Early maniflod bolts go in at an angle newer style stright up. As gentlemen said above look at valve covers and will tell you which head you have. You will have to put in a cam that will run with tpi or you will go crazy tuning it. I have a old style lower tpi intake if you need one PM me if you need it.

Some aftermarket intakes come with the elongated holes so the one intake fits both style heads
