Suggestion on Valve Covers?

I've been redoing my exhaust lately and A friend came over to help me out.

I asked him to take off one of the headers I had up for mock up.

Well...don't ask how...but he somehow dented, cut with a ziz wheel, and scratched the hell out of my valve cover while I was out to lunch.

They were discolored in the first place but now it is completely torn up. He gave me money to help pay for some valve covers.

Does anyone have a different set/ or seen any that look good?

always been a fan of the welded/fabbed ones, but a good set will set you back a pretty penny. but those summit aluminum ones seem to look pretty nice without being too expensive...

Not as expensive as you think, just have to drill for pcv and oil filler.http://www.ebay.com/itm/SBC-CHEVY-CE...item5647fb1213

maybe these

Not trying to sponsor the guy, but his shop has been brought up on thirdgen before. Besides, I have been looking at the fabricated ones myself.

You might find something you like here:
