Dumping fuel

Yesterday took out the car and opened it up for the first time.

First few times everything seemed fine.

Then the last time it started to smoke, stalled out. Pulled off the road and noticed a glowing red piece of guts from the cat looked under the car and the cat was glowing red.

Waited 20 mins eased it 2 miles home.

This morning started it up and it STINKS like fuel stalls out unless I hold the throttle a little bit.

WHere should I start? What could of happened? Fuel injectors were just replaced 2 weeks ago....

Re: Dumping fuel

Check your fuel PSI regulator vac hose for raw fuel. If you have some your diaphram is bad.

Re: Dumping fuel

i pulled it off the TB nothing came out, should i be checking the other end off the regulator? although that was changed at the same time as all the injectors about 2-3 weeks ago...

when fuel pressure was set it was set at 48psi at idle with vacuum line off. could fuel pressure be to high at WOT?

thinking maybe too much fuel, destroyed cat and not it wont run because backpressure is altered if the cat is destroyed.... is that possible?

although i guess that dont explain why as soon as i start it im smelling raw fuel
