Trouble with a pressure regulator?

Went out to start my camaro yesterday, it fired up after about 6 seconds of cranking and it was running really rough and not firing in all cylinders and died a few times. I can hear a new noise from the fuel rail ever time you prime the fuel pump, sounds like water boiling. Theres no fuel coming out of the vacuum line for the regulator, is it possible for the regulator to get stuck open and let fuel drain down the return line?

you might want too ohm out your injectors while warm, the running rough could be a battery voltage issue injectors, icm, ignition issue, cap rotor, wires or mechanical issue.

I checked the electrical, everything is reading within spec, its got a new ignition system (coil, distributor, wires, plugs, rotor, module). I noticed alost noticed a few times in the last week when I started the engine, It didnt rev up at all during startup, it was instantly at and idle. Had the ECM checked and its sending all the right signals, and its a rebuilt motor with good compression in all cylinders

Its fuel related, the pressure is about 7 PSI while the pump is priming, after that theres little to none, after I actually get the car started, it slowely drops from 15 untill the car dies. Every sensor has been replaced, along with injectors, filter, and pump. Thats why I'm wondering if all the fuel is getting sent back to the tank and not staying in the rail.

Re: Trouble with a pressure regulator?

then pinch off the return line and check the fuel pressure during the 2 second prime. sounds like a tank drop in the near future.
