I've been seriously looking at air cooled 911's lately. But I have a couple of really nice thirdgens and one that I wouldn't feel bad about modifying the hell out of. What about a 3" stroke 4" bore aluminum block with 175cc TFS heads, a TPIS mini-ram and a T-5? the only reason I say T-5 is to get the car under 3000lbs........tubular crossmember, light weight interior,no A/C, alloy inner bumpers, fiberglass hood, lexan rear glass.....coil over big brake,alloy driveshaft etc. But I want to look exactly like the 1991 black plain jane Z-28 it is......thoughts? yes i have 350's etc. I want something high reving, light and well balanced. Anybody else on the same page or done something similar? and I forgot 4 front black GTA wheels....
