SLP Runners Plumbed with Fogger Nozzles

I have a NOS twin fogger plate system on my 383.

Looking to upgrade to a Pro fogger kit with one fogger for each cylinder.

SLP Runners.

Anyone have pics of a install on the SLP Runners?

Thanks in advance

Would it not be easier to run though the base ?

Re: SLP Runners Plumbed with Fogger Nozzles

I have run the present system with the 150 hp setting which worked well. I of course want more..

Option 1: increase the fuel/nitrous solenoid sizes/jet accordingly on the present system.

Option 2: replace the present system with fogger nozzle for each cylinder. jet for 200 hp.

I am looking for increased hp, but also like the visual impact of an exposed system..

Calling the NOS/Holley tech line to see what they say.. May be most cost effective to upgrade the solenoids... almost $500 for the fogger for each cylinder upgrade kit...

Most say 200 shot is about as high as you want to go with the TPI plate set up.

More then that, fogger, but I don't know many people that would spray a tpi that much, I'd bee looking at a single plane efi if I was going that crazy.

Re: SLP Runners Plumbed with Fogger Nozzles

Found an EFI Fogger jetting chart. I can get as much as 150 hp out of each of the foggers I presently have.

I DO need to upgrade the solenoids tho.

More than enough for what I need...

Guess I should have looked further before wasting ya'lls time..

Later

Re: SLP Runners Plumbed with Fogger Nozzles

The present system is jetted for 175 hp and netted 472 lb ft of tq at the wheels. That was with a stock 305 with a small Lingenfelter cam and the SLP runners. AFPR, K&N filters, ported plenum, etc... Ran a 13.1 at Rockingham..

The 383 is built with forged pistons, Eagle H-Beam rods and nodular iron stroker crank.

Going for a 200-225 setting,,, Nothing crazy...
