Was putting the car back together and saw I had a broken a wire that leads to a watchamacallit that is mounted under the coil, with two black plastic lines coming out of it. what is it?

I would guess EGR solenoid. Two vac lines coming out towards the front, one electrical plug towards the back? Pics would confirm this.
