Idea what my fuel issue is..opinions?
When I changed out my fuel pump, I replaced that little resonator doohickey thing with a piece of rubber hose. However, I had it all back together and realized I didn't put clamps on that hose. Do you think lack of clampage would cause fuel pressure issues?? It hits about half tank of gas and surges worse than when it is full. Does not hold pressure after it is shut off (FPR diaphram has been replaced twice). Thin I am on the right track?

Rubber hose connector without clamps is going to leak if it's trying to maintain 40+ PSI of pressure. Have you tested the pressure?
Even if you get a good reading, like all rubber hoses submersed in fuel it will deteriorate and only get worse over time and eventually result in a leak. In your case it will happen much sooner due to lack of clampage.

I forgot to mention that I did use Fuel Injection Hose. When I turn the pump on by bypassing the relay it goes to about 40 psi. I am right in thinking about those clamps? While it is out i will swap the hose.

Swapped out hose, put clamps on, same issue. Curiously however, I had to fight it to put the locking ring on. If I let the assembly go it would pop up a little. Is it suppose to do that? or is it "smooshing" against the back wall of the tank causing fuel starvation?

Re: Idea what my fuel issue is..opinions?
took some readings just now. Here is what I found, is it good?
TPS - 0.67V-4.27V
O2 0.45
BLM 128
MAT 111.8
INT 130
CTS matches really close to gauge
all readings were taken while engine was at idle (TPS was taken when engine was off). Is this good?

If your tps is set to .67 v at idle its to high for the tpi maf. You don't state cts but I'm sure its over 140f the capture was lean but nothing to worry about I assume in block zero.

put the TPS down to .53v and it runs MUCH better, still a little rough though. I checked CTS through my scanner and it was close to the gauge reading.

Got it ALL figured out. Apparently, the PO Put a PCV valve in both the Passenger and Driver side Valve Covers. Took out the passenger side one and gutted it, put it back in. Runs like a champ. Smooth as a babies backside.
