engine break in

okay so I almost have the engine put back together and I was wondering about the break in process, swapped heads (used set of heads but dry from oil and coolent), new flat tappet cam, different fuel rail stock with 21 PSI injectors and ninth injector delete and a used dual 58mm throttle body, new water pump. I also got to refill the power steering and timing.
I was just wonder on the the recommended procedure for purging, breaking it in and adjusting everything is. my plan was to start with cycling the fuel pump until I get pressure are the rails. Then setting the timing, then the cam break in procedure ( which I don't fully know what that is). Then refilling the power steering and purging it by just turning the wheel lock to lock... correct? Then bubbling the coolant system and then I should be good right. Will I need to change the oil shortly after everything or is that only need after machine work? Also I always have ran synthetic oil in my car but I was told you don't want to use it durring a break in process but at the same time I was told you can't switch back to conventional, so I am kinda confused there. Also how do I refill the block intake and heads with coolant? I was just going to take out the thermostat and poor it in through there, but with the throttle body on there is no room to get the housing off. If I filled by radiator it wouldn't make it past the thermostat and it wouldn't open because there would be no water on the other side to heat it up to open it and I don't want to burn up by new water pump. I also got an MSD ICM but I'll wait until I already have it timed becasue it seems as if it would be alot more difficult to time. I am just looking for some do's and don'ts
