Dont know if this is the right place to post this, but im looking for a throttle body for my car since the one i have is shot. I found one on ebay, but i want to get your guys input on this.

Do you need 52mm?

 

You could send your now junk ,worn out ,core back and save $50 on the swap
The core charge is credited when you return the old core so you are not without the car waiting for the new TB to arrive

The only issue I found was "It is normal to see a small amount of pitting on the bores (or opens on the water plate screws holes) The holes seal up when you install the water plate and has never been an issue." Im not going to run coolant through the TB. I bought a IAC housing from TPIS to eliminate the coolant passage. Also, since im going to purchase a throttle body might as well get 52 mm right? Hopefully this year or next year I can add a turbo or a supercharger, let me know what u guys think

 

I have one on my car and it runs great

 

Did you notice any gains? They claimed 15-20 HP on a stock motor. Seems like a lot for a lesser restricting item.
